^ My family has been patients at this office for several years. Last year, I got a crown from a dentist who is no longer with the practice and it was not well done. I contacted the office and they went out of their way to make it right, fixing the crown to ensure that it would last. I appreciated this level of customer service and their willingness to stand behind their work (even when it was done by a dentist who doesn't still work there). I saw Dr. Provizer and his assistant, Ruth, and found them both to be competent practitioners and good natured. ^

^ Ruth was welcoming and provided exceptional assistance to the Dentist making for a comfortable procedure. As I mentioned I had a bad experience with a previous crown procedure, the doctor made sure my pain was addressed. He also kept me informed of what he was doing each step of the procedure. ^

^ Holly is an absolute wonderful dental hygienist! She is very kind she is very gentle and she listens to the patient!! If for any reason you are uncomfortable which is very unlikely she will do everything she can to ease your discomfort and make sure your experience in her chair is very pleasant as much as a dental cleaning can be. She will listen to your questions and answer intelligently and let you know if there's anything new in your dental care you need to do!! All in all this is a five-star dental hygienist and you will not be disappointed! ^

^ Holly was great at cleaning my teeth , very thorough and conscientious. She used an ultrasonic scraper that I feel got my teeth cleaner than a manual scraper. Edit: I decided I didn't like the ultrasonic cleaning after all. My gums were sore for many weeks. Holly did a great job cleaning my teeth. She used a regular dental scraper and it was less irritating on my gums😊 ^
